We showcased our 11 decision-support services to key stakeholders, gathering valuable and encouraging feedback to enhance their usability and impact.

As INHERIT’s services take shape and undergo testing across Europe, we wanted to understand how they are perceived by stakeholders who will eventually use them beyond the project framework.

To this end, on Tuesday, 18 November, we hosted a webinar to introduce, showcase, and discuss our 11 decision-support services. Designed to enhance the sustainability and resilience of the heritage built environment throughout its life cycle, these services were presented by our partners to several stakeholders, including CH managers, engineers, and researchers.

During this co-creation session, INHERIT’s service providers gathered valuable feedback that aligned with their own reflections so far. The activities offered insights into strengths, potential risks, and opportunities for improvement. The assessment matrix used to evaluate each service’s relevance and usefulness showed that all were considered highly significant and beneficial. Despite their technical depth, most services were well understood.

Overall, the feedback was positive and encouraging. In the coming months, INHERIT partners will build on these insights to enhance service usability, ensuring the tools become even more accessible, intuitive, and valuable to future users.
