Role in the project
Within INHERIT, Bouygues Construction will lead the transformation of a former industrial site-now a listed building-into a 34,000 m² mixed-use district called “La Cité du goût”, combining housing, student accommodation, a graduate school, a hotel and cultural spaces dedicated to gastronomy.
The project will support the conversion of two office buildings, La Verrière and Colonnades, into residential units, while testing advanced renovation planning tools to optimise design and implementation strategies.

INHERIT’s consortium gathers 18 partners from 13 European countries, involved in the project at various levels, covering the social, technological, and scientific layer, as well as the communication, dissemination and exploitation activities.
