The City Administration Headquarters of Jastrebarsko is located in an area protected by the Cultural Heritage Regulation. The structure was built in a classical architectural style, typical of the end of the 19th and the beginning of the 20th centuries, with pronounced profiles and ornaments on the main street façade.
Solutions
Various measures will be explored, related to the energy and comprehensive renovation of outer walls; replacement of existing windows with new more energy efficient ones; thermal insulation of roof using advanced materials, as well as technical solutions for heating and cooling. Digital technologies (sensors, energy metering system) will be applied to increase internal air quality, user comfort, and energy management strategies. Impacts in the entire protected historical core zone of the City of Jastrebarsko will be analysed too.
